To ensure your reward is processed quickly, please note the following guidelines:

• Who can refer? Any existing Encore customer or contact found on our database
  
  

• Who can be referred to? Only new customers who have never had an appointment or purchase with Encore previously.
  
  

• The Connection: The person you refer must mention your name when booking their initial appointment or at the time of their purchase.

• The Reward for Them: Your referral also wins! They will receive a $300 discount on their order at the time of sale.
  
  

• The Timeline: Once the referral’s project is fully installed and paid for, we will contact you to confirm your reward preference. You should receive your payment or donation confirmation within one month of that contact.
